Why Don't I See My Licenses?

There are several possibilities that could have caused this to happen.

Here are some of the more common reasons:

  • Make sure you typed all of the numbers and values correctly. Checking for typos is the easiest one to correct!
  • If you entered a PIN number, you may have entered it in the wrong section or blank.
    If you received a license renewal notice with a PIN number, make sure you enter that number in the in the Renewal PIN section.
    If you recived an Electronic License Print notice with a PIN number or Access ID, make sure you enter that number in the Access ID section.
  • If you are a business and used the FEIN, we may not have the same FEIN in our system.
    This is especially common for larger companies/corporations who may have provided the FEIN for a home office rather than the local licensed location.
    If you have access to one of the PINs referenced above, it might be better to try one of those instead.
  • If you used your date of birth, we may not have it in the system. Please try one of the other values.
  • You might not have any active licenses or might have used an expired license in your search.
    If you didn't renew your license in time and it has expired, our online license print system won't allow you to print it.
