IDFPR Introduces Virtual Licensing Appointments

Effective July 24, 2024, the Division of Professional Regulation requests that individuals seeking updates on licensure applications make virtual appointments on Wednesdays instead of visiting the Department’s Springfield office. This request is so staff are adequately prepared to address your concerns, while also ensuring the public has equitable access to appointments without needing to visit the Springfield office.

Virtual licensing appointments may be scheduled via this online calendar. Appointments are available in 30-minute intervals starting at 9am each Wednesday and ending at 4pm. Two individuals can sign up for appointments during each time slot. Appointments can be made as soon as 14 days prior to the appointment date, but cannot be made less than 48 business hours before the appointment date (as the calendar will close at that time for additional appointments).
