In addition to the CE Sponsors identified in the below list, the following are approved CE sponsors and programs relevant to the practice of environmental health: American Public Health Association, American Society of Safety Engineers, Associated Illinois Milk, Food and Environmental Sanitarians, Association of Food and Drug Officials, Conference for Food Protection, Illinois Association of Local Environmental Health Administrators, Illinois Association of Ground Water Professionals, Illinois Association of Public Health Administrators, Illinois Environmental Health Association and Affiliates, Illinois Public Health Association, International Association of Food Protection-IAF, Interstate Shellfish Shippers Conference, National Conference of Interstate Milk Shippers, National Environmental Health Association and Affiliates, National Restaurant Association and Educational Foundation, NSF International, North Central Association of Food and Drug Officials, state and federal agencies, or “any other accredited school, college or university, or any other person, firm, or association . . . that has been approved and authorized by the Division.” 68 IL ADC 1247.100.
