·         January 15 from 7:00 p.m. to January 16 at 9:00 a.m. CST

·         January 19 from 8:00 a.m. to January 20 at 8:00 a.m. CST

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) announced that Secretary Mario Treto, Jr., Director of Financial Institutions, Francisco Menchaca, Director of Professional Regulation, Cecilia Abundis, and Director of Real Estate, Laurie Murphy signed the following enforcement actions taken during the month of September 2023.
