Social Equity Criteria Lottery List of Lottery Participants by BLS Region

News Release – Monday, July 10, 2023

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (“Department”) has finalized the below list of participants in the upcoming Social Equity Criteria Lottery (“SECL”). Participants are identified in the BLS Region in which they applied. The lottery will be conducted on Thursday, July 13, 2023 in coordination with the Illinois State Lottery and the results will be posted that same day.
