Bridget Castle

Case Manager, Bank and Thrift Supervision - Springfield

Bridget Castle joined the Division of Banking of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation ( IDFPR ) on August 16, 2017. She has over twenty-five years of experience in financial services compliance and audit functions, including banking, insurance and securities. Most recently, she has served as the BSA Officer for Morton Community Bank and Vice President, Director of Audit and Compliance for Town and Country Bank. In 2013, she was a BSA Specialist for the FDIC office in Sunrise, Florida.

Ms. Castle received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Louisiana State University in May 1987. In April 2010, she earned her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification.
Ms. Castle resides in New Berlin with her husband and son.
In her employment with IDFPR, Ms. Castle assists with the supervision, regulation, and examination of state-chartered banks operating outside of the Chicago metropolitan area.
