Chicago:

Sharron Hayes
The certified residential real estate appraiser license was refused renewal for being more than 30 days delinquent on child support payments. License will not be renewed until proof that all child support liabilities have been paid is provided.

Susan Mustari
Respondent violated USPAP by making errors of omission or commission in the appraisal report for the subject property at 1450 Pebble Creek Drive, Glenview, IL. Respondent's certified residential appraiser license will be placed on probation for two years. As conditions of the probation, Respondent must complete the USPAP course and Residential Report Writing course within 6 months of the effective date of the Consent Order. Respondent must submit semi-annual reports to the Division's Probation Monitor.

Peru:

Travis Funk
The associate real estate appraiser license was refused renewal for failing to pay state tax liability and file tax returns. License will not be renewed until proof that all tax liabilities have been paid and all outstanding returns have been filed

Rockford:

Junior Thrasher
The certified residential real estate appraiser license was refused renewal for being more than 30 days delinquent on child support payments. License will not be renewed until proof that all child support liabilities have been paid is provided.
