Diversity Real Estate Scholarship Program

IDFPR partners with the Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (“REEF”) to administer the Illinois Diversity Real Estate Scholarship Program, which awards 30 scholarships each year (up to $1,000) to qualified residents of Illinois. These students must be pursuing courses of study that will prepare them for careers relating to real estate or enhance their current skills and knowledge as real estate professionals in Illinois. This may include pre or post license education.

Eligibility: “Qualified Racial Residents” of Illinois pursuing courses of study that will prepare them for careers relating to real estate or enhance the skills and knowledge that they currently use as real estate professionals.
