The real estate broker license was reprimanded and Angela Thomas Lots was prohibited from acting as a self-sponsored broker or a managing broker until granted written permission from the Division. The discipline was based upon allegations that Angela Thomas Lots accepted an Escrow Release without a date for the seller's signature and subsequently made a late disbursement from the escrow account.

The real estate salesperson license of George Staab was reprimanded, extra education was required, and a $1,000.00 fine was assessed. The real estate broker license of Dennis Polk was reprimanded, extra education was required, and a $1,000.00 fine was assessed. The disciplines were based upon allegations that George Staab acted as both a dual agent and as a seller, and he made a misrepresentation about the real estate to the buyer. Dennis Polk, as managing broker, failed to provide adequate supervision of George Staab.

Stronghurst:
