The discipline was based upon allegations that Angela Thomas Lots accepted an Escrow Release without a date for the seller's signature and subsequently made a late disbursement from the escrow account.

The disciplines were based upon allegations that George Staab acted as both a dual agent and as a seller, and he made a misrepresentation about the real estate to the buyer. Dennis Polk, as managing broker, failed to provide adequate supervision of George Staab.
