Georgia Colovos -- 08/13/99 -- Real estate salesperson was placed upon probation for a period of two years and a $1000 fine was assessed for acting for more than one party in a real estate transaction without providing written notice to all parties.
Patty L Dunn -- 08/13/99 -- Real estate salesperson was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for offering a "Guaranteed Sales Plan" by failing to provide the details and conditions of such plan in writing as well as proof of sufficient financial resources to satisfy the commitment of such plan.
Algonquin:
Teresa M. Kurkowski -- 4/21/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on her 1997 renewal form that she had completed sufficient continuing education during the 4/1/95 to 3/31/97 pre-renewal period.
Altamont:
Douglas R. Hankins --11/24/99 -- Real estate broker license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on his 1998 renewal form that he had completed sufficient continuing education (CE) during the 2/1/96 to 1/31/98 pre-renewal period. Additional CE hours in the amount that was deficient must be completed within sixty days.

W. Edwin Curry -- 08/13/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
John McEnroe -- 10/21/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded and a $ 1,400 fine was assessed for allowing a licensee to practice real estate on a non-renewed license.
Dianne Yelm --5/20/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and a $300 fine was assessed for depositing into her personal account a commission check made payable to her sponsoring broker.

Teresa Sobieski -- 10/21/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and a $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on her 1997 renewal form that she had completed sufficient continuing education during the 4/1/95 to 3/31/97 pre-renewal period.
Bartlett:
Angela Hansen -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reinstated subject to a reprimand and a $300 fine for rectifying a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate which had been returned due to insufficient funds.
Nick Pantazopoulos,Wyngate Realty Group, Ltd. -- 07/08/99 -- Real estate broker license was placed upon probation for a period of three years and a $7,500 fine was assessed for repeatedly disbursing escrow funds early for commissions in advance of the closing and for failing to maintain proper escrow records and related documents. Upon remand from the Circuit Court, Mr. Pantazopoulos provided evidence that he understands the requirements of escrow accounts and that the early disbursements did not harm any buyers or sellers. The real estate broker corporation license of Wyngate Realty Group, Ltd. was revoked.
Batavia:
Susan Lane -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded and a $1,400 fine was assessed for practicing real estate on a non-renewed real estate license.
Beecher:
Peter J. Condich -- 10/21/99 -- The real estate broker license was issued with a condition of completion of the new broker administration course. The grant of the license, which had been previously denied, was based upon Mr. Condich's successful completion of his criminal sentence, compliance with the prior order, and his rehabilitation, including his steady and progressively responsible work in the property development and management field.
Belleville:
Leslie Schaller -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate broker license was revoked for failing to provide information or documents requested by the Office of Banks and Real Estate within thirty (30) days of the request.
Benesenville:
Maria Cerone -- 12/20/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and assessed a $500 fine for falsely indicating her 1997 renewal form that she had completed sufficient continuing education during the pre-renewal period.
Dorine Muller -- 10/21/99 -- The real estate broker license was revoked and fined $1,000 for failure to account for money coming into the possession of Pathmark Real Estate, which belong to others and for failure to maintain escrow records, journal, ledger cards or monthly reconciliation.

Juan Nunez -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was reprimanded for failing to obtain the initials of the principals on changes to the face of a real estate sales contract.
Dino G. Perry -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate broker license was placed on indefinite probation until licensee satisfies all Illinois tax liabilities as set forth in an agreed payment plan.

Janet Brown -- 3/18/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was indefinitely suspended for failing to satisfy all Illinois tax liabilities.
Janet Brown -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was eligible for restoration subject to indefinite probation until petitioner satisfies all Illinois tax liabilities. As a condition of her probation, petitioner agrees to enter into an agreed payment plan to correct any and all tax arrearage with the Department of Revenue.
Bernard Hughes, Jr. -- 08/13/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Bernard Hughes Jr. -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was eligible for restoration subject to a reprimand and payment of a civil penalty of $300 after having rectified a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which had previously been dishonored.

Esmeralda Futterman -- 11/24/99 -- The real estate salesperson was reprimanded and a fine of $300 was assessed for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.

Stanley Dale -- 03/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was eligible for issuance subject to a two-year period of probation. Applicant had been in arrears on child support and violated an order of protection. Applicant made satisfactory payment arrangements and completed a counseling program.

James Bonet -- 01/25/99 -- Real estate broker license was indefinitely suspended until all tax liabilities are satisfied.
Channahon:
Wendy Larsen -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was revoked for failing to provide information or documents requested by the Office of Banks and Real Estate within thirty (30) days of the request.
Cambridge:
Lori J. Merrill -- 07/16/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on her 1997 renewal form that she had completed sufficient continuing education during the 4/1/95 to 3/31/97 pre-renewal period.
Chicago:
Askia Abdullah -- 5/20/99 -- Application for the restoration of his broker license was not granted. The broker license had been suspended indefinitely due to an overdue tax liability and the failure to file returns. The denial of the application was based upon 1) taxes remaining overdue and some returns having not been filed, 2) the removal of Mr. Abdullah's name from the master roll of attorneys in Illinois, and 3) the felony conviction of Mr. Abdullah for bankruptcy fraud.
Shernice M. Boyd -- 08/13/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Larry Bernstein -- 12/20/99 -- The real estate broker license of Larry Bernstein was reprimanded for failing to promote the best interests of a client.
Ricky Booker -- 11/24/99 -- The real estate broker license of Ricky Booker was revoked for disbursing $14,250 in commissions without the authorization or written direction of the principals, making substantial misrepresentations to the principals, failing to display the license of a sponsored licensee, and failing to produce escrow records and related documents to the Office of Banks and Real Estate.
Otto Brown -- 03/12/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded for failing to properly supervise, while serving as a managing broker, the activities of a sponsored licensee.
Luis G. Carmona --6/21/99 -- Real estate broker license was revoked for failing to account for escrow funds and failing to remit the earnest money back to the buyer upon the written direction of all principals to the failed transaction.
Charlene Caruso-Bartels -- 07/16/99 -- Real estate broker license was reprimanded for permitting salesperson to hold multiple corporate offices of a broker corporation, and failing to maintain proper escrow records which when corrected reflected a deficit of $50 of the broker's minimum deposit.
Michael P. Centanne -- 11/24/99 -- Real estate broker license was reprimanded and a fine of $1,500 was assessed for the following reasons: (1)failing to maintain a definite office by operating at least two businesses from the real estate location,(2) failing to notify the Office of Banks and Real Estate of a change of address, (3)failing to have an employment agreement with a salesperson and, (4) improperly holding out as a member of a trade association or organization.
Byron J. Clark -- 10/21/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded and real estate pre-license instructor license was suspended for six months for failing as a managing broker to supervise adequately a salesperson, failing to obtain a properly executed listing agreement and failing to cancel the improper listing agreement in a timely fashion.
Eliot C. Cohen -- 04/20/99 -- Real estate salesperson's petition for restoration was dismissed. Mr. Cohen's license remains revoked pursuant to the terms of a previous order dated October 21, 1997.
John L. Cousett -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a dishonored remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate.
Yolanda Cumpian -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was placed upon probation indefinitely until all tax liabilities are satisfied.
Jaroslaw Czerwik -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and a $300 fine was assessed for practicing real estate and for receiving commissions while his license was inoperative (without a sponsoring broker).
Gary D. Dailey -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate broker license was indefinitely suspended for failing to satisfy all Illinois tax liabilities.
Christie Day -- 08/13/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Christie Day -- 08/26/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was reinstated subject to a reprimand, and a $300 civil penalty was assessed, as a result of licensee rectifying a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Elizabeth L. DeCosmo -- 07/16/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on her 1997 renewal form that she had completed sufficient continuing education during the 4/1/95 to 3/31/97 pre-renewal period.
Anthony DeGrazia -- 04/21/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded for submitting a sponsor card to the Office of Banks and Real Estate without the sponsoring broker's signature.
Darryl Dentley -- 09/10/99 -- Application for the renewal of his salesperson was granted. The license was placed on probation for an indefinite period for failing to satisfy his Illinois guaranteed student loan liabilities. The probation shall terminate upon a subsequent Order based upon Darryl Dentley filing with the Office of Banks and Real Estate proof from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission that he has satisfied the educational loan liability.
Lee G. Digby -- 08/13/99 -- The real estate salesperson license of Lee G. Digby was reprimanded and an extra 6 hours of continuing education was required for disbursing escrow monies without proper written authorization from all principals to the transaction.
Joseph L. Dombrowski -- 04/21/99 -- Real estate broker license was placed upon probation for a period of one year, and Mr. Dombrowski's exemption from continuing education was revoked, as a result of discipline rendered against Mr. Dombrowski's license to practice law in Illinois.
Joan L. Edelberg -- 0716/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on her 1997 renewal form that she had completed sufficient continuing education during the 4/1/95 to 3/31/97 pre-renewal period.
Edward J. Fitzsimons -- 3/30/99 -- Real estate broker license is restored to active status from probationary status for satisfying all Illinois tax liabilities.
Wendy Franklin -- 12/20/99 -- The real estate license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Dorrie Freiman -- 4/21/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on her 1997 renewal form that she had completed sufficient continuing education during the 4/1/95 to 3/31/97 pre-renewal period.

Dragoljub Giljen, a/k/a Danny Giljen -- 3/30/99 -- Real estate broker license was suspended for six months and a $1,000 fine was assessed for using earnest money funds, received by Mr. Giljen in his capacity as a seller, without written authorization from the prospective buyer. Upon restoration after six months, the license shall be subject to probation for eighteen months.
Georgia S. Glenn -- 01/25/99 -- Real estate broker license was reprimanded for failure to designate properly the name of the real estate business.
Judith A. Golnick -- 07/16/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and a $1,000 fine was assessed for salesperson holding multiple corporate offices of a broker corporation.
John Griparis -- 3/18/99 -- Real estate broker license was revoked for failing to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in a prior consent order.
Marvin G. Guccione -- 5/20/99 -- Real estate broker license was eligible for restoration subject to a two (2) year probation and a fine of $1,000. Petitioner had completed his sentencing and probation for a criminal conviction for money laundering.
Gary B. Harvey and GBH Realty D/B/A Remax Express -- 3/31/99 -- The real estate broker cicense of Gary B. Harvey and the broker corporation license of GBH Realty d/b/a ReMax Express were summarily suspended on March 31, 1999. Gary Harvey was the owner and managing broker of GBH Realty d/b/a ReMax Express. During an investigation and audit of GBH Realty d/b/a ReMax Express, the Office of Banks and Real Estate discovered substantial escrow violations and evidence of unlicensed practice.
Elmer Highland -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was reprimanded. The real estate salesperson license also forfeited its continuing education exemption for failing to obtain written authorization to lower the asking price of the subject property.
Pamela L. Holt -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded and a $500 fine was assessed for failing to timely renew her real estate broker license. As a consequence of this failure to timely renew, the branch office of Venterra Sales and Management was without a managing broker for over four months. Furthermore, several salespersons sponsored under her license were practicing real estate during that period without a properly licensed sponsoring broker.
Raymond Huertas -- 03/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was indefinitely suspended for failing to provide satisfactory proof of a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Bahram Irani -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate broker license was placed on probation for a period of one (1) year for applying for the renewal of a real estate broker corporation license with an address that was not an active real estate office, failing to notify the Office of Banks and Real Estate of the change in location of the principal place of business, and failing to maintain a definite office or place of business within this State for the transaction of real estate business.
Sandra J. Kruger, Kruger Realty Corporation, and Kruger Realty Group Incorporated -- 09/14/99 -- The real estate broker license of Sandra Kruger, the Real Estate Broker Corporation license of Kruger Realty Corporation, and the branch office license of Kruger Realty Group Incorporated (having been revoked under a previous order for escrow violations) were terminated due to a related pay-out of $11,207 (to Barry and Ingrid Mele) from the Real Estate Recovery Fund.
Sandra J. Kruger, Kruger Realty Corporation, and Kruger Realty Group Incorporated -- 09/14/99 -- The real estate broker license of Sandra Kruger and the branch office license of Kruger Realty Group Incorporated (having been revoked under a previous order for escrow violations) were terminated due to a related pay-out of $11,500 (to Ronald Oswald) from the Real Estate Recovery Fund.
Sandra J. Kruger, Kruger Realty Corporation, and Kruger Realty Group Incorporated -- 09/14/99 -- The real estate broker license of Sandra Kruger and the branch office license of Kruger Realty Group Incorporated (having been revoked under a previous order for escrow violations) were terminated due to a related pay-out of $11,500 (to Mark Cutts) from the Real Estate Recovery Fund.
Edward E. Lang -- 03/12/99 -- Real estate broker license was reinstated for rectifying a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was, dishonored.
Walter M. Ligety -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate broker license was suspended indefinitely until licensee satisfies all Illinois tax liabilities or an approved payment plan is in place.
Ricky A. Levin, Rick Levin & Associates, Inc. -- 07/16/99 -- Real estate broker and broker corporation licenses were not disciplined and the licenses remain in good standing. The Commissioner adopted the board's recommendation that no discipline be imposed and that the allegations of improper disbursement of escrow funds without the purchasers' authorization be dismissed.
Aletha K. Khan -- 08/13/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was suspended for 3 months and then to be placed on probation for 2 years for receiving a check from a client payable personally to the salesperson for real estate services and for sending an itemized hourly bill to the client in contravention of the commission agreement with her Broker.
Christopher Koziol -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded and a $100 fine was assessed for allowing a real estate salesperson to practice real estate in his office that real estate salesperson's license was inoperative and for paying commissions to the real estate salesperson while the real estate salesperson's license was inoperative.
Jo Ann Larkin -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate broker license was reinstated for satisfying all Illinois tax liabilities.
Linda Lennon -- 08/13/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Elizabeth Loera -- 6/21/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was placed on indefinite probation until licensee satisfies all Illinois tax liabilities as set forth in an agreed payment plan.

Mary Markiewicz -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was placed on probation for a period of two (2) years and a $500 fine was assessed for negotiating directly with a seller without authorization from the seller's exclusive listing agent; for failing to disclose her licensee status on the face of a contract in which she was the buyer; for failing to fully complete a form contract before it was signed; and for failing to deposit $5000 escrow money with her managing broker as per the terms of a sales contract.
Yolandra Martin -- 6/21/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was reprimanded for failing to timely deposit an escrow money check within two (2) business days of receipt.
Peter Matich -- 3/18/99 -- Real estate broker license s was revoked for failing to account for escrow monies, failing to remit escrow monies, commingling of escrow funds with other accounts, and failing to properly maintain proper bookkeeping of escrow accounts.
Kimberly McMiller -- 08/13/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Wendy Franklin a/k/a Wendy Muhammud -- 5/20/99-- The real estate salesperson license was eligible for restoration subject to a reprimand and payment of a civil penalty of $750.
Steward A. Munoz -- 12/20/99 -- The real estate broker license was suspended for a period of ninety (90) days and a $2,400 fine was assessed for practicing real estate on a nonrenewed license, aiding and abetting the practice of real estate on a nonrenewed license, and aiding and abetting the practice of real estate without a license.
Mike Navarro -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate salesperson license shall be indefinitely suspended until all tax liabilities have been paid in full or a satisfactory payment plan has been approved by the Illinois Department of Revenue.
Patricia Nielsen -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was revoked for making a substantial misrepresentation at a closing and for improperly handling a commission check.
Victor Pineda -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate salesperson license shall be indefinitely suspended until all tax liabilities have been paid in full or a satisfactory payment plan has been approved by the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Sheila Poole -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate leasing agent student license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate, which was dishonored.
Leslie Perry-Ricci -- 11/24/99 -- Real estate broker license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on his 1998 renewal form that he had completed sufficient continuing education (CE) during the 2/1/96 to 1/31/98 pre-renewal period. Additional CE hours in the amount that was deficient must be completed within sixty days.
Alfred Rosado -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was indefinitely suspended for failing to satisfy all Illinois tax liabilities.
Frank M. Oliva, Francis Parquet & Co. a/k/a Parquet Realty Group -- 08/27/99 -- The real estate broker license of Frank Oliva was revoked for a minimum period of five years, the real estate broker corporation license of Francis Parquet & Co. a/k/a Parquet Realty Group was revoked, and a joint and several fine of $5,000 was assessed for failing to produce escrow records upon request by the Office of Banks and Real Estate investigators, failing to maintain proper escrow records, and allowing an unlicensed person to serve as a managing broker. The Office of Banks and Real Estate further alleged that Frank Oliva commingled escrow monies into non-escrow accounts; allowed sponsored licensees to practice real estate on non-renewed licenses; allowed sponsored licensees to operate real estate offices out of their homes without any supervision by Frank Oliva; failed to display the licenses of all sponsored licensees on the office wall of Francis Parquet & Company; failed to comply with the requirements regarding the use of an assumed business name; and improperly disbursed escrow monies.
Joyce Oshodi -- 3/30/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was restored to active status from suspended status for satisfying all Illinois guaranteed student loan liabilities.
Margie A. Overby -- 3/12/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was restored to active status from probationary status for satisfying all Illinois tax liabilities.
Thomas Potts -- 01/25/99 -- The Real estate salesperson license of Thomas Potts was reprimanded for returning earnest money to a prospective buyer without written authorization from the seller, and for failing to produce information requested by the division within 30 days of the request.
Marek Predki -- 5/20/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded and a $250 fine was assessed for allowing a real estate salesperson to practice real estate in his office that real estate salesperson's license was inoperative and for paying commissions to the real estate salesperson while the real estate salesperson's license was inoperative.
Tania Ruiz -- 6/21/99 -- The real estate salesperson license was issued subject to a one (1) year period of probation due to a previous felony conviction of conspiracy to commit bank fraud.

Myrna Skilling-Levy and Arnold Levy -- 11/24/99 -- Real estate salesperson license of Myrna Skilling-Levy was reprimanded and a $500 fine was assessed. The real estate salesperson license of Arnold Levy was reprimanded and a $500 fine was assessed for operating a real estate branch office without a branch office license and without a managing broker for the branch office.
Lisa Smith -- 12/20/99 -- The real estate leasing license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate which, was dishonored.
Lisa Smith -- 12/29/99 -- The real estate leasing license is eligible to be restored to active status because the petition provided documentation showing that the dishonored check was due to a banking error.
Robert E. Stanmeyer -- 04/20/99 -- Real estate broker license was suspended for a period of two years, a $5,000 fine was assessed, and the licensee's exemption from continuing education was revoked for issuing a real estate solicitation letter to members of the public containing statements which violated the "unworthiness" provision of the Real Estate License Act.
Jacob Stover --4/21/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was restored to active status from probationary status for satisfying all Illinois tax liabilities.
Dianne C. Street -- 09/10/99 -- The real estate broker license was eligible for restoration. Ms. Street provided documentation that she satisfied her Illinois guaranteed student loan and complied with the other terms for restoration of her suspended license.
Waclaw Sulkowski -- 04/21/99 -- The real estate broker license was reprimanded and a $300 fine was assessed for allowing a sponsored salesperson to practice real estate on a non-renewed license, failing to sign valid employment agreements with sponsored licensees, and allowing a salesperson to hold an officer position in his real estate corporation.
Paul S. Thomas -- 08/13/99 -- Real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and $500 fine was assessed for falsely indicating on his 1997 renewal form that he had completed sufficient continuing education during the 4/1/95 to 3/31/97 pre-renewal period.
Shunte Thomas -- 3/30/99 -- Real estate broker license was reprimanded and a $300 fine was assessed for engaging in the practice of real estate without a valid real estate license.
