Athlete Agent

License Information

Please note that per Public Act 100-0534, the Illinois Athlete Agents Act, 225 ILCS 401, has been repealed. The repeal of the Athlete Agent Act takes effect immediately. No further action is required for those Athlete Agents that currently possess an Athlete Agent license and these licenses can no longer be renewed.

Practice as an Athlete Agent will no longer require a license issued by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
