Reinstatement
If you failed to renew your license before December 31, 2025 and you wish to reinstate your license, please submit this form to fpr.consumercredit@illinois.gov and send payment as required by the form.
Collection Agency License Application
If you are a current or former licensee looking to file a new application, file a change of ownership application, file a branch application or change your main company address and you do not have your login information for the IDFPR online portal, please send an email to fpr.consumercredit@illinois.gov requesting login information.
