IDFPR Announces Initiative to Improve Website Experience

We are currently moving to a new technology platform that, while it should make the renewal process easier for licensees in the future, has resulted in additional time being required for the 2021 renewals.

IDFPR will extend the renewal deadline for any professions that are adversely affected by our online upgrades to ensure adequate time is available for licensees to renew their licenses. In addition, we will notify licensees via email, along with announcements on its website and social media accounts, when their online renewal is available. For those entities that previously used e-Batch to renew their employee’s licenses, please note that this system is not currently available. The Department is transitioning to a newer and more efficient version of e-Batch. Please continue to watch the Department’s website for upcoming details on the “new” e-Batch. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may be causing.

We are committed to serving our licensees and enabling everyone who accesses our website to having the best online experience possible. These steps we are currently taking will allow us to further that goal and better aid everyone who turns to us for the services we offer and provide. We thank everyone for their understanding as we transition to a better online experience.
